I Am So Grateful To Have You Here.

If you have been called to my website, I can imagine that you may be feeling a sense of loss or disconnection to yourself. Whether it is a loss of personal power or life-force, or a disconnection from a time in your life that may have caused you trauma or pain. Maybe you have noticed that you are repeating patterns in your life which are having a detrimental effect on you and others around you. Maybe you are lacking the ability to love yourself or connect to your heart space. Maybe you have experienced trauma or abuse, and finally feel ready to journey into these shadows to heal them.

 
Whatever your reason for showing up here today, I want you to know that I honour you greatly for taking this first step. This can often be the hardest part! As I say to all my clients, your healing journey begins from the moment you reach out.

 
I am here to help you on your journey back to Love, on your journey back to You in all your beautiful, wild, perfect, imperfect forms. I am here to hold a sacred and safe container for you to open to your shadows to set yourself free, for you to return to your authentic, true self. I fully believe that it is you who is in-charge of your healing, I just here to hold that space for you and act as a guide to opening to suppressed aspects of yourself.

Below are my offerings, which can be stand alone sessions or combined depending on what feels right to you. All of my sessions are client led and co-created by the both of us, so that you can get exactly what you need from each session.
