INDIAN CHAMPISSAGE Indian Champissage is an ancient Indian and Ayurvedic massage treatment that focuses on physical, emotional and spiritual healing. It not only includes massage of the head, but also of the shoulders, upper back, upper arms, neck, scalp, face and ears. Champissage is beautifully relaxing massage, helping to release built up tension in the back, neck and head and also to help soothe anxiety, nervous exhaustion, stress and burnout - which often cause our upper bodies to become tense and painful. During the treatment you will be seated in a chair and we will choose an oil to fit your skin type + preference. I will use a range of of different techniques including deep kneading, percussion, pressure points and stroking to relax, energise and revitalise your upper body. I will guide you on a meditation at the start of the treatment to help you ground and tune into your body, and I will finish with a balancing of your top 3 charkas at the end. This is a truly luxurious treatment and I highly recommend it if you are in need of some deep rest and relaxation.
