To book your appointment you can either book and pay online via my website booking page, or you can email me on the address below.
Please note that Wild Soul Healing provides Massage and Energy Healing for women only.
I offer a free 20min Consultation Call prior to the treatment to all new clients, so that I can gain as much information as possible before the treatment, and give you a chance to ask any questions that you may have. This stops us cutting into valuable treatment time, and it also means that I have enough time to spend creating the perfect treatment plan before the first meeting. Because massage is a body treatment it is essential that I run through a Medical Consultation Form with you so that I can tailor the treatment to suit your needs or request GP permission if need be. This is an important part of the consultation to make sure that I am treating you to the highest possible standards.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or re-arrange your treatment, please call me on the phone number detailed on the contact page of this site. In these circumstances I ask that contact be made with me at least 48 hours prior to the treatment time. Any cancellations made after this will be subject to the full treatment price with no refund.
A missed appointment or no show with no notice given to Isla Rose will result in the full payment being charged for the booking.
Late arrivals will be required to make full payment for the booking. With respect for other clients and therapists, the treatment will finish at the originally allocated time.
Isla provides massage and energy healing with professionalism and respect, and asks that you to share these values when booking and attending an appointment.
Concessions
I feel that massage is something that should be available to everybody, no matter what their budget. It is really important to me that you never turn down a treatment for yourself because you cannot afford to help yourself heal. Concessions are available to those on a low income with proof of benefit letters/wage slips. Please contact me directly if you have any issues regarding this, via the email address below.
